Menthol 5%	External Analgesic	Cortex cinnamomi, crinis carbonisatus, FD&C blue no. 2, myrrha, oleum sesame, obibanum, radix angelicae dahuricae, radix angelicae sinensis, radix paeoniae rubra, radix rehmanniae, radix scrophulariae, resin, resina ferulae, FD&C yellow no. 4, zinc oxide.
Methyl Salicylate 0.5%	External Analgesic

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: clean and dry affected area. If desired, cut plaster to size. Remove the protective film while applying plaster directly to site of pain. Do not apply more than 3 times per day. Plasters will remain effective for 8 hours in normal condition. Do not apply for more than 8 hours. Do not apply on hairy skin. Remove under warm water or shower. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.
